Membership Registration for joining the University Athletic Booster Club
For members wanting to participate in the university sports program
If you have successfully completed your studies in Würzburg or at another Bavarian university, you can acquire the authorization to participate in the university's sports program as an active member of the University Athletic Booster Club at the University of Würzburg. The following steps are necessary before you can acquire the authorization card:
1. Fill out the online registration form (below) and send it to us.
2. If you apply for membership between March 16th and December 31st, you'll need to transfer the first annual fee of 25, - Euro to the Booster Club's bank account: VR-Bank Würzburg IBAN: DE 49 7909 0000 0002 0053 95. For the years that follow, your annual donation will be withdrawn from your bank account by direct debit. If you join between January 1st and March 15th, the first donation will be deducted from your account by direct debit.
3. Because our office is closed due to Corona, we will respond via email with each new membership application.
4. Your name will be entered into the Booster Club membership list, which will available as proof of your membership at the beginning of each semester at the entrance of the Sports Centers at Hubland and at Mergentheimer.
5. at the beginning of the semester you can obtain an online semester ticket on the website of the University Sports (Bookings Würzburg -> Semesterticket):

The payment of the semester fee for the Hochschulsport (not to be confused with the membership fee for the Förderverein) is done via the SEPA direct debit mandate.
You will receive the mandate with your first registration together with the participation ticket via email or download link. This mandate can only be revoked in writing by letter or email to hochschulsport@uni-wuerzburg.de.
